Investor Services Department (ISD) of the Corporation is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an In-House Share Transfer Agent - Category II. The ISD has established connectivity with the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).

The ISD offers services pertaining to share transfers, transmissions, dematerialization of shares, issue of duplicate/re-validated dividend warrants, issue of duplicate/replaced share certificates, change of address, remittance of dividend through National Electronic Clearing Service (NECS) and Direct Credit Service (DCS) and sending periodic reminders for encashment of unclaimed dividend.
